Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 5 szt. elektrycznych samochodów osobowych o nadwoziu typu kombi lub SUV. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w Rozdziale IV SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowane pojazdy elektryczne były fabrycznie nowe, a ich krajem pochodzenia było państwo członkowskie Unii Europejskiej (UE), Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego (EOG) lub państwo będące sygnatariuszem Porozumienia w sprawie zamówień rządowych (GPA) bądź innej dwustronnej umowy o wolnym handlu z UE obejmującej rynek zamówień publicznych. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza zaoferowania pojazdów, których krajem pochodzenia - w rozumieniu art. 60 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 952/2013 ustanawiającego Unijny Kodeks Celny - są państwa trzecie, niebędące sygnatariuszami Porozumienia GPA ani innych analogicznych umów międzynarodowych zapewniających wzajemność dostępu do rynku zamówień publicznych w UE, niezależnie od lokalizacji fabryki, w której pojazd został fizycznie zmontowany. Oferta obejmująca pojazdy, których krajem pochodzenia są państwa trzecie, niebędące sygnatariuszami Porozumienia GPA ani innych analogicznych umów międzynarodowych zapewniających wzajemność dostępu do rynku będzie podlegała odrzuceniu jako niezgodna z warunkami zamówienia. 5. Zakaz, o którym mowa w ust. 4, ma charakter przedmiotowy i obowiązuje niezależnie od statusu prawnego i siedziby Wykonawcy składającego ofertę.
