Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest najem i dostawa samochodów dla PKP S.A. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został wskazany w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do zrealizowania zamówienia na zasadach i warunkach określonych we Wzorze Umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ, oraz w OPZ, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający odstępuje od określenia wymagań dotyczących zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę osób na podstawie stosunku pracy przy realizacji zamówienia. 5. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zaliczek na poczet wykonania zamówienia.
