Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa maksymalnie 10 szt. policyjnych pojazdów oznakowanych o nadwoziu kategorii M1, o napędzie elektrycznym. Przyjmuje się robocze oznaczenie samochodu - „Pojazd”. 2) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia - wszelkie wymagania dla zamawianych pojazdów zawiera załącznik nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna). 3) Wykonawca dostarczy pojazdy do magazynu Zamawiającego w Krakowie, ul. Mogilska 109. Koszty transportu ponosi Wykonawca. 4) Wykonawca zobowiązany jest udzielić gwarancji na każdy dostarczony pojazd zgodnie z danymi zawartymi w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna), jednak nie krótszej niż gwarancja producenta. 5) Wymagania związane z naprawami gwarancyjnymi, usługami serwisowymi zostały opisane w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna). 6) Do każdego wydanego pojazdu Wykonawca musi dołączyć (sporządzone w języku polskim) dokumenty określone w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Specyfikacja techniczna - p. V.1.3). 7) Zamawiający, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji zamówienia normom, ocenom technicznym, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 Ustawy Pzp.
