Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup dla jednostek Policji wskazanych w pkt I SWZ, policyjnych pojazdów oznakowanych z segmentu C w nadwoziu kombi (zgodnie z definicją Instytutu Badań Rynku Motoryzacyjnego SAMAR) kategorii M1 (według danych z pkt 0.4 świadectwa zgodności WE lub COC), i kodzie nadwozia AC lub AF o nadwoziu zamkniętym z dachem o konstrukcji oraz poszyciu wykonanym z metalu, zabudowanych na pojeździe bazowym, spełniających wymagania specyfikacji technicznej. W ramach zakupu podstawowego Zamawiający zakupi 40 pojazdów, ponadto w ramach prawa opcji Zamawiający planuje możliwość zakupienia dodatkowo do (maksymalnie) 24 pojazdów.
