Description

1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na dostawę 1 szt. mikrobusa do przewozu min. 9 osób wraz z kierowcą dla KW PSP w Olsztynie z przeznaczeniem dla jednostki organizacyjnej PSP woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego. Mikrobus do przewozu osób jest zakupowany na potrzeby Państwowej Straży Pożarnej, z możliwością wykorzystania podczas procesu ewakuacji ze stref zagrożenia i wykorzystania w sytuacjach różnego rodzaju kryzysów (OLiOC). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załącznikach do SWZ, tj. w załączniku nr 1 pn. „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia", zawierającym minimalne wymagania techniczno-użytkowe dla przedmiotu zamówienia oraz załączniku nr 2 pn. „Wzór umowy”, określającym szczegółowe warunki realizacji przedmiotu umowy. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia ma być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany, sprawny technicznie, bezpieczny, zgodny z obowiązującymi normami i standardami jakości, kompletny i gotowy do użytkowania, a także musi spełniać minimalne wymagania techniczne, funkcjonalne i jakościowe określone w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Dokonując kalkulacji ceny za przedmiot zamówienia, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest uwzględnić wszelkie koszty związane z wykonaniem zamówienia zgodnie z SWZ, w tym jej załącznikami zawierającym opis przedmiotu zamówienia, aż do momentu dokonania odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia przez Zamawiającego bez żadnych zastrzeżeń.
