1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) Dostawa wyrobów używanych do dializy otrzewnowej u dzieci w ilości, asortymencie określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. b) Dzierżawa cyklerów do ADO - 10 sztuk, zgodnie z opisem zawartym w Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. c) Dostawa roztworów do dializy otrzewnowej dla dzieci w ilości, asortymencie określonych w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. W postępowaniu występuję przedmiot zamówienia, którego nie można podzielić na części, gdyż zaoferowane wyroby medyczne oraz roztwory do dializy muszą być kompatybilne z dzierżawionymi cyklerami. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 3, 4 i 5 do SWZ.
