1. 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa (ilości maksymalne): a) foteli obrotowych: 3 250 szt.; b) foteli gabinetowych z zagłówkiem: 230 szt.; c) foteli obrotowych przeznaczonych do pracy 24/7: 90 szt.; d) krzeseł konferencyjnych: 300 szt.; e) krzeseł twardych: 460 szt.; f) krzeseł twardych z pulpitem: 170 szt.; g) krzeseł wyściełanych: 1 270 szt.; h) foteli kubełkowych kawowych: 30 szt.; i) krzeseł składanych: 30 szt. 2) Szczegółowe określenie asortymentu znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 i 3 do niniejszej SWZ. 3) Oferowane przez Wykonawcę produkty muszą spełniać wszelkie wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 4) Zamawiający wymaga gwarancji na dostarczony asortyment minimum 36 miesięcy licząc od daty dostawy, jednak nie krótszej niż gwarancja producenta. 5) Asortyment musi być wykonany zgodnie z normami podanymi przez Zamawiającego w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ lub normami równoważnymi. 6) Miejscem dostaw jest siedziba Zamawiającego, Kraków, ul. Mogilska 109.
