Poland - Various medicinal products - Successive delivery of medicinal products used in drug programmes

The contracting authority in Poland is procuring the successive supply of medicinal products used in drug programmes. The procurement is divided into 2 parts: part 1 concerns the delivery of MACITENTAN and part 2 concerns the delivery of ACORAMIDIS. Detailed conditions for the performance and settlement of the contract are set out in Annex 8a to the SWZ (for part 1) and Annex 8b to the SWZ (for part 2), which are the draft contract provisions. Suppliers of the listed medicinal products may bid under the applicable public procurement procedure.
