1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „DOSTAWA PRODUKTÓW LECZNICZYCH Z PROGRAMÓW LEKOWYCH (Toxinum botulinicum typu A ad iniectabile Cladribinum, Fingolimod)”. (CPV: 33690000-3, 33652100-6), którego szczegółowy opis, asortyment i szacunkowe ilości zawiera Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy - załącznik nr 2 do Zaproszenia. 2. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być zgodny z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (t.j. Dz.U.2022.974 z późn. zmianami) 3. W przypadku asortymentu określonego przy pomocy nazw handlowych Zamawiający dopuszcza asortyment równoważny pod każdym względem, tj. składu, gramatury, zakresu, spektrum i czasu działania, postaci, funkcji itp. pod warunkiem, że zagwarantują one realizację przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z założeniami określonymi w niniejszym Zaproszeniu. W przypadku asortymentu równoważnego Wykonawca jest zobowiązany określić jego nazwę handlową i nazwę producenta. Wykazanie równoważności zaoferowanego rozwiązania lub rozwiązań równoważnych spoczywa na Wykonawcy.
