Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa zestawu minersko - rozpoznawczego. 2. Wymogi oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, którą Zamawiający przekaże zaproszonym do składania ofert Wykonawcom, którzy spełniają warunki określone w ogłoszeniu. 3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 4. Termin realizacji zamówienia: • Przedmiot zamówienia należy dostarczyć do Zamawiającego w terminie wynikającym z oferty najkorzystniejszej, jednak nie później niż do dnia 30.10.2026 r. (w zależności od tego, który z wyżej wymienionych terminów upłynie wcześniej) • Termin wykonania Umowy w ramach zamówienia opcjonalnego: do dnia 30.10.2026 r. 5. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu. Zamawiający przedstawi ilości, z których skorzysta w ramach prawa opcji w terminie 90 dni od daty zawarcia Umowy. Wykonawcy nie przysługuje wobec Zamawiającego roszczenie o realizację dostaw opcjonalnych. 6. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania na podstawie art. 257 ustawy Pzp w sytuacji, gdy środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia nie zostaną mu przyznane. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa minersko - rozpoznawczego. Wymogi oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, którą Zamawiający przekaże zaproszonym do składania ofert Wykonawcom, którzy spełniają warunki określone w ogłoszeniu.
