1.Przedmiot zamówienia jest remont ul. Falistej na odcinku od ul. Obywatelskiej do pos. nr 183. 2.Zakres prac obejmuje remont ulicy Falistej w tym: roboty przygotowawcze i rozbiórkowe, podbudowy, nawierzchnie, urządzenia bezpieczeństwa ruchu, elementy ulic, zieleń drogową, odwodnienie drogi oraz inne roboty w zakresie zgodnym z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia(dokumentacja projektowa), kosztorysem (tabela elementów scalonych) i STWiORB. 3.Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 8 do SWZ oraz zapisami projektu umowy zawartymi w załączniku nr 9 do SWZ.
