Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa odcinka ul. Wiosennej w Starachowicach. Główny zakres zamówienia: • budowa drogi długości 809 m: szerokość jezdni 5,00 - 6,50 m, szerokość chodników 1,50 -2,00 m, szerokość drogi rowerowej 2,00 - 3,00 m, • budowa oświetlenia, • wykonanie kanalizacji deszczowej, • budowa kanału technologicznego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: dokumentacja projektowa, specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych i przedmiar robót. Obiekty powstałe w wyniku realizacji niniejszego zamówienia, przeznaczone są dla wszystkich użytkowników, w szczególności ułatwi poruszanie się osobom z niepełnosprawnością ruchową. Zamawiający nie wymaga, ale przewiduje możliwość odbycia wizji lokalnej przez Wykonawcę, przed złożeniem oferty. Z uwagi na to, że zamówienie obejmuje roboty w terenie ogólnodostępnym, Wykonawca może dokonać wizji lokalnej samodzielnie. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy, w rozumieniu art. 22 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r.
