Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa obwodnicy miasta Biała Podlaska będzie wykonywana etapowo. W ramach etapu I planowana jest rozbudowa istniejącej al. Solidarności od skrzyżowania z DK 2 do km 2+140 oraz budowa nowego przebiegu drogi w kierunku istniejącego lotniska wojskowego. W ramach etapu II założono wykonanie przedłużenia al. Solidarności w kierunku południowym do drogi wojewódzkiej nr 812. Etap II będzie objęty odrębną procedurą administracyjną. W ramach inwestycji przewiduje się wykonanie wszystkich niezbędnych elementów służących sprawnemu i bezpiecznemu poruszaniu się wszystkich uczestników ruchu, wykonanie odpowiedniego systemu odwodnienia, oświetlenia oraz przebudowę kolidujących z inwestycją sieci uzbrojenia podziemnego i naziemnego. 2. Inwestycja jest przewidziana do dofinansowania ze środków Rządowego Funduszu Rozwoju Dróg, na podstawie umowy o dofinansowanie nr RFRD-54/2023 z dnia 19 lipca 2023 r. 3. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień CPV: 45233120-6 Roboty w zakresie budowy dróg 45233161-5 Roboty budowlane w zakresie ścieżek pieszych 45233162-2 Roboty budowlane w zakresie ścieżek rowerowych 45221100-3 Roboty budowlane w zakresie budowy mostów 45221121-6 Roboty budowlane w zakresie budowy wiaduktów drogowych 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Składają się na niego następujące dokumenty: 1) przedmiary robót; 2) dokumentacja projektowa. 5. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest złożyć wraz z ofertą kosztorys ofertowy sporządzony metodą uproszczoną z zastosowaniem cen jednostkowych (przygotowany zgodnie z przedmiarem robót stanowiącym część załącznika nr 1 do SWZ);
