Przebudowa części budynku A i B z dostosowaniem do wymagań tymczasowego SOR, budowa śluzy dla karetek i budynku wiaty wraz z budową obiektu kontenerowego przeznaczonego do czasowego użytkowania w trakcie realizacji przebudowy w/w budynków Wymogi techniczne opisane w PFU określają minimalne parametry techniczne, eksploatacyjne, użytkowe, jakościowe i funkcjonalne , jakim muszą odpowiadać materiały lub urządzenia oferowane przez Wykonawcę, aby zostały spełnione wymagania stawiane przez Zamawiającego. Pod pojęciem „minimalne parametry techniczne, eksploatacyjne, użytkowe, jakościowe i funkcjonalne” Zamawiający rozumie wymagania dotyczące materiałów lub urządzeń zawarte w ogólnie dostępnych źródłach, katalogach, stronach internetowych producentów. W przypadku kiedy w jakimkolwiek miejscu OPZ , Zamawiający odnosi się do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych należy przez to rozumieć, że dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne czyli dopuszcza produkty równoważne o parametrach technicznych, eksploatacyjnych, użytkowych, jakościowych i funkcjonalnych co najmniej na poziomie parametrów technicznych wskazanego produktu Podając normy w OPZ do definiowania wymagań technicznych , Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne spełniające wymogi wskazanych norm .
