Zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania pn. Prace na liniach kolejowych nr 140 i 169 na odcinku Orzesze Jaśkowice - Tychy realizowanego w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat i Środowisko 2021-2027 Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest wykonanie następujących elementów: opracowanie projektów wykonawczych i realizacja robót budowlanych na liniach kolejowych nr: 140 na odcinku od km 19,640 do km 23,425;169 na odcinku od km 0,572 do km 17,484 Całość przedmiotu Zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie następujących elementów: 1) dokumentacji projektowej niezbędnej do prawidłowego wykonania wszystkich robót budowlanych i uzyskania dla niej wszystkich wymaganych opinii, uzgodnień, dopuszczeń, warunków, decyzji i pozwoleń niezbędnych do realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia; 2) wszystkich robót budowlanych zgodnie z zakresem zamówienia na podstawie opracowanego przez Wykonawcę i zatwierdzonego przez Zamawiającego projektu wykonawczego, o którym mowa w ww. pkt 1, oraz wszystkich robót przygotowawczych niezbędnych do wykonania zakresu Umowy oraz wszelkich czynności wymaganych Prawem; 3) przeprowadzenie oceny zgodności każdego podsystemu strukturalnego objętego zakresem zamówienia na każdym etapie (projektowania, budowy i końcowych prób podsystemu) i przekazanie odpowiednich deklaracji weryfikacji WE i certyfikatów weryfikacji WE dla podsystemów; 4) uzyskanie zezwoleń na dopuszczenie do eksploatacji podsystemów Zamówienie obejmuje Prawo Opcji na Interfejs. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia przedstawiony został w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym (PFU) stanowiącym Tom III Specyfikacji warunków zamówienia.
