This Polish public tender covers the modernisation of an existing elevated helipad for air rescue helicopters, referred to as 'Koszalin-Hospital'. The contract follows a design and build formula: the contractor must prepare complete design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Programme, including author's supervision during construction, and then carry out all works, including preparatory, demolition, surveying, tree removal, construction, installation, lift installation, and supply and installation of an automatic DIFFS/RMS fire suppression system, plus helipad equipment, signage and site development. The contractor must obtain all legally required permits and approval of the helipad for operation by the Polish Air Rescue.
