Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” dokumentacji projektowej i robót budowlanych, zgodnie z ofertą Wykonawcy, sporządzoną na podstawie materiałów otrzymanych od Zamawiającego w trakcie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, w szczególności w ramach Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia zobowiązuje się do wykonania przedsięwzięcia (Inwestycji) pod nazwą: „PNT eXperience - rozbudowa Parku Naukowo-Technologicznego w Opolu w zakresie przestrzeni centrum przetwarzania danych i utworzenia platformy chmurowej”. Przedmiot Umowy realizowany jest w ramach Projektu współfinansowanego ze środków EUROPEJSKIEGO FUNDUSZU ROZWOJU REGIONALNEGO W RAMACH FUNDUSZY EUROPEJSKICH DLA OPOLSKIEGO 2021-2027 w ramach naboru numer: FEOP.01.08-IP.01-001/25; Priorytet programu FEO 2021-2027: 01 - Fundusze Europejskie na rzecz wzrostu innowacyjności i konkurencyjności opolskiego. Działanie: 01.08 - Wsparcie instytucji otoczenia biznesu. Cel polityki: bardziej konkurencyjna i inteligentna Europa dzięki wspieraniu innowacyjnej i inteligentnej transformacji gospodarczej oraz regionalnej łączności cyfrowej. Cel szczegółowy: wzmacnianie trwałego wzrostu i konkurencyjności MŚP oraz tworzenie miejsc pracy w MŚP, w tym poprzez inwestycje produkcyjne. Cel operacyjny Strategii „Opolskie 2030”: silne branże. 3.1. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiący załącznik nr 1A do SWZ.
