1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest zawarcie Umowy ramowej nr 2 w zakresie Systemu Ochrony Technicznej (SOT), Systemu Sygnalizacji Pożarowej (SSP) oraz ogrodzeń. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Części II SWZ Program Funkcjonalno - Użytkowy (P-FU). 3. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość zastosowania prawa opcji w rozumieniu w art. 441 Ustawy na etapie Zamówienia wykonawczego 4. Nazwy i kody Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień: 45000000-7, 3512000-1, 45220000-5, 45300000-0, 45310000-3, 45311000-0, 45314000-1, 45316000-5, 45317000-2, 71320000-7, 80511000-9, 80531200-7. 5. Każdorazowo, we wszystkich przypadkach, w których Zamawiający opisując przedmiot Zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 i ust. 3 Ustawy, Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym, jeżeli pozwolą one uzyskać cechy lub parametry nie gorsze niż przywołane. Powyższe oznacza, że Wykonawca może zastosować rozwiązania opisane przez Zamawiającego „lub równoważne”. 6. Wykonawca, który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym przez Zamawiającego, jest obowiązany wykazać, w szczególności za pomocą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, o których mowa w art. 104-107 Ustawy (na etapie postępowania o udzielenie Zamówienia wykonawczego), że oferowane przez niego dostawy, usługi lub roboty budowlane w równoważnym stopniu spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego.
