Roboty budowlane w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” w ramach projektu „Poprawa jakości i dostępności do ambulatoryjnych świadczeń medycznych poprzez modernizację Poradni Specjalistycznych Instytutu „CZMP” w Łodzi” 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” w ramach projektu „Poprawa jakości i dostępności do ambulatoryjnych świadczeń medycznych poprzez modernizację Poradni Specjalistycznych Instytutu „CZMP” w Łodzi”. 2. Finansowanie: Przedmiot zamówienia finansowany będzie ze środków Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat i Środowisko 2021-2027 w ramach działania FENX.06.01 System ochrony zdrowia, priorytet FENX.06 Zdrowie (umowa o dofinansowanie nr FENX.06.01-IP.03-0024/25-00/62/2025/153 projektu pn. „Poprawa jakości i dostępności do ambulatoryjnych świadczeń medycznych poprzez modernizację Poradni Specjalistycznych Instytutu „CZMP” w Łodzi”). 3. Wykaz prac do wykonania: W ramach zadania zaplanowano przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych, w tym prac przygotowawczych związanych z organizacją budowy, prac rozbiórkowych oraz remontowych, przebudowę i rozbudowę instalacji wewnętrznych, w tym m.in. instalacji wod.-kan., elektrycznej oraz niskoprądowej, kontroli dostępu (KD), monitoringu wizyjnego (CCTV), dźwiękowego systemu ostrzegawczego (DSO) oraz systemu sygnalizacji pożaru (SSP), montaż stałych zabudów meblowych.
