Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie rozbudowy drogi ekspresowej S1 na odcinku od km 549+830,00 do km 554+570,00. Powyższy odcinek stanowi fragment drogi ekspresowej S1 łączący istniejący przebieg drogi S1 od węzła Pyrzowice do węzła Brzęczkowice z budowanym odcinkiem tej drogi od węzła Kosztowy II do Bielska Białej. Zamówienie jest realizowane w formule projektu i buduj. 2. Szczegółowo przedmiot zamówienia opisany został w Tomie III -V SWZ. 3. Zamawiający zastrzega obowiązek osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę kluczowych zadań, tj. nawierzchnia trasy głównej łącznie z wytworzeniem i wbudowaniem oraz wykonanie pozostałych warstw konstrukcji nawierzchni powyżej gruntu rodzimego (wykop) lub nasypowego (nasyp), z wyłączeniem dostaw materiałów i usług. W odniesieniu do kluczowych zadań zastrzeżonych do osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę, Wykonawca nie może powoływać się na zdolności podmiotu udostępniającego zasoby, na zasadach określonych w art. 118 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, w celu wykazania spełniania odnośnych warunków udziału w postępowaniu. 4. Zamówienie, o którym mowa wyżej jest zamówieniem o wartości przekraczającej wyrażoną w złotych równowartość kwoty dla robót budowlanych, tj. 20 000 000 euro.
