Poland - Construction works - Implementation of the PINB decision, Sniadeckiego 5

The City of Siemianowice Slaskie, acting for and on behalf of the Municipal Enterprise of Communal and Housing Economy (MPGKiM Sp. z o.o.), contracted a design-and-build package covering the complete project documentation and the construction works for the task 'Implementation of the PINB decision, Sniadeckiego Street 5'. The design documentation price may not exceed 5% of the value of the construction works. The contractor must provide a quality warranty for the works for 60 months from the day after the unreserved acceptance of the whole scope. The detailed scope is set out in the Functional and Utility Programme, Annex no. 3 to the SWZ. The contract has been awarded, and the winner and price are given in the award notice.
