Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej oraz realizacja robót budowlanych według opracowanej dokumentacji dla zadania pn: Realizacja decyzji PINB ul. Kościuszki 8. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Program Funkcjonalno Użytkowy - Dodatek nr 3 do SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga, aby cena dokumentacji projektowej nie przekroczyła 5% wartości robót budowlanych. Wykonawca udzieli Zamawiającemu gwarancji jakości na roboty będące przedmiotem zamówienia, na okres 60 miesięcy, licząc od dnia następnego po dniu protokolarnego odbioru bez zastrzeżeń całości przedmiotu zamówienia, wykonanego na warunkach określonych w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
