Zadanie obejmuje opracowanie projektu technicznego oraz robót budowlanych zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi przez Zamawiającego, a w szczególności realizację wszystkich prac tymczasowych, organizacyjnych, dostaw, usług, robót budowlanych, instalacyjnych, montażowych, w tym obejmujących również wszelkie prace konieczne dla usunięcia wad i usterek na podstawie udzielanej gwarancji i rękojmi, a także innych czynności oraz zadania i obowiązki, jakie ma zrealizować Wykonawca w celu należytej realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia, w tym także takie, które - pomimo że nie zostały wyraźnie wskazane - są konieczne dla ukończenia oraz bezpiecznej i właściwej eksploatacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został wskazany w SWZ.
