1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest Modernizacja stacji elektroenergetycznej 110/15 kV Łapy na terenie działalności PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Białystok, 2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz nr 1.1. do SWZ., 3. Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę osób wykonujących w trakcie realizacji zamówienia czynności określone w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Sposób weryfikacji zatrudnienia tych osób oraz uprawnienia Zamawiającego w zakresie kontroli spełniania przez Wykonawcę wymagań związanych z zatrudnianiem tych osób oraz sankcji z tytułu niespełnienia tych wymagań zawierają projektowane postanowienia Umowy, stanowiące Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ., 4. Przedmiot zamówienia - Modernizacja stacji elektroenergetycznej 110/15 kV Łapy wchodzi w skład projektu pt. „Rozwój inteligentnej sieci elektroenergetycznej na terenie Oddziału Białystok PGE Dystrybucja S.A. - II” dofinansowanego z Funduszu Europejskiego dla Polski Wschodniej 2021-2027 (Priorytet FEPW.02 Energia i klimat, działanie FEPW.02.01 Dystrybucja Energii) w ramach umowy o dofinansowanie nr FEPW.02.01-IP.03-0003/24-00.
