Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej i innych opracowań wraz z pozyskaniem niezbędnych decyzji, a także uzgodnień i warunków umożliwiających realizację zadania inwestycyjnego oraz realizacja robót budowlanych i pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Modernizacja przystanku osobowego SKM Gdańsk Zaspa” wraz z wdrożeniem i uruchomieniem urządzeń i systemów, a także przekazanie do eksploatacji i użytkowania obiektów budowlanych, systemów i urządzeń zrealizowanych w ramach inwestycji. Realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia zostanie zrealizowana w formule Projektuj i Buduj. Roboty budowlane obejmą min. przebudowę peronu, budowę przejścia podziemnego, budowę wiaty peronowej, modernizację nawierzchni torowej, budowę dźwigu osobowego, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Szczegółowy zakres prac określono w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym stanowiącym załącznik do projektu Umowy.
