This procurement covers construction works consisting of the modernisation and adaptation of existing telecommunication towers in Poland so they can be used for the construction of an LTE450 mobile network. The works are the fourth stage of a wider modernisation programme. The detailed scope, technical requirements and conditions for the works are set out in the description of needs and requirements (Opis Potrzeb i Wymagan), an annex to the tender documentation. Contractors are expected to carry out structural adaptation and modernisation works on the towers in line with that document.
