Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wymiana zniszczonego pokrycia z papy na dachach, przemurowanie i tynkowanie kominów budynków, wymiana rynien, rur spustowych i obróbek blacharskich, wymiana wywiewek kanalizacyjnych, roboty ciesielskie, wzmocnienie elementów konstrukcyjnych dachów, rozebranie i naprawa gzymsu, wywóz i utylizacja odpadów poremontowych w budynkach mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych, wchodzących w skład zasobu Miasta Łodzi w podziale na 4 części: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót dekarsko-ciesielskich na dachach budynków mieszkalnych. Zakres robót opisany w projekcie umowy, kosztorysie nakładczym, opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót stanowiących załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
