Przedmiotem zamówienia, tożsamym z przedmiotem Umowy, są roboty budowlane w ramach inwestycji Zamawiającego pn. Budowa budynku komunalnego przy ul. Marywilskiej 44D - etap I. Zakres prac obejmuje wybudowanie budynku komunalnego-mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego z biblioteką, przedszkolem, lokalem usługowym/handlowym, garażem podziemnym wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, z wyposażeniem stałym i ruchomym tego budynku, z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą opisaną w projekcie, budowę drogi pożarowej, budowę ciągów pieszych i placów, wyposażenie w elementy małej architektury: ławki, kosze na śmieci, słupki, urządzenia terenowe, z instalacjami i sieciami, nadto obejmującej wszystkie inne prace i dostawy oraz przebudowę schodów zewnętrznych przy budynku przy ul. Marywilskiej 44 wraz z wykonaniem podnośnika dla osób niepełnosprawnych, które umożliwią uzyskanie pozwolenia na użytkowanie zgodnie z przeznaczeniem. Szczegółowy zakres i warunki realizacji zamówienia zawierają załączniki do SWZ: Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 1, Dokumentacja projektowa - załącznik nr 2, Wzór umowy - załącznik nr 7. zgodnie z pkt 2.1
