Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa 6 budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych (budynek A,B,C,D,E,F) wraz z dwupoziomowymi parkingami podziemnymi. Budynki zaprojektowane są w 3 zespołach- każdy po 2 budynki połączone ze sobą garażami podziemnymi. W każdym budynku znajdować ma się 90 mieszkań o zróżnicowanym układzie i metrażu. Dodatkowo w budynku A zlokalizowane mają być pomieszczenia porządkowe oraz higieniczno-sanitarne dla osób sprzątających oraz pomieszczenia serwerowni. W pozostałych budynkach te pomieszczenia przeznaczone będą na cele pomieszczeń gospodarczych, technicznych lub magazynowych.
