Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na adaptacji ruin zamku Dewinów-Bibersteinów-Promnitzów w Żarach na „Centrum Kultury i Tradycji” 2) Przedmiot zamówienia, w zakresie podstawowym (Z.1 w Harmonogramie rzeczowo-terminowo-finansowym z dnia 16.09.2025r. stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do umowy (dalej HRTF)) obejmuje w szczególności: - Budynek A-zamek (ETAP 02, nr 2 zgodnie HRTF) - Branża elektryczna i teletechniczna (Etap 05 - zagospodarowanie terenu, nr 5.1 zgodnie z HRTF), - Branża sanitarna (Etap 05 - zagospodarowanie terenu, nr 5.2 zgodnie z HRTF) - Oświetlenie zewnętrzne (Etap 05 - zagospodarowanie terenu, nr 5.3 zgodnie z HRTF) - Konstrukcje nowe i branża budowlano-konserwatorska, w zakresie wykonania poidełek oraz posadzenia 1 szt. drzewa i nasadzenia bylin (Etap 05 zagospodarowanie terenu nr 5.4 zgodnie z HRTF) - wykonanie dwóch tablic informacyjno-pamiątkowych zgodnie z następującymi dokumentami: „Podręcznik wnioskodawcy i beneficjenta Funduszy Europejskich na lata 2021-2027 w zakresie informacji i promocji” oraz „Księga Tożsamości Wizualnej marki Fundusze Europejskie 2021 - 2027”. Przy czym jedna z tablic musi zostać zamontowana w momencie rozpoczęcia prac budowlanych natomiast druga w dniu ich zakończenia. Miejsce zamontowania tablicy musi być każdorazowo uzgodniony z Zamawiającym.
