Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa 2 szt. przyczep dla Zarządu Dróg Wojewódzkich w Lublinie Zadanie 1 - Dostawa 1 szt. przyczepy o ładowności min. 6 ton dla Rejonu Dróg Wojewódzkich we Włodawie Zadanie 2 - Dostawa 1 szt. przyczepy o ładowności min. 6 ton dla Rejonu Dróg Wojewódzkich w Zamościu- Obwód Drogowy w Józefowie 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje unieważnienie postępowania w rozumieniu art. 257 PZP. 4. Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46 /WE, ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych (Dz.U. UE L 119 z 4.5.2016, str. 1), dalej „RODO”, informuje, że: - administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest dyrektor ZDW w Lublinie, ul. B. Dobrzańskiego 3, 20-262, Lublin, POLSKA, - z inspektorem danych osobowych Zarządu Dróg Wojewódzkich w Lublinie można skontaktować się za pomocą emaila (iod@zdw.lublin.pl ). Szczegółowe informacje dot. RODO znajdują się w dokumentach zamówienia. 5. Zamawiający, zgodnie z art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona. 6. Termin wykonania zamówienia: 60 dni od dnia podpisania umowy, jednak nie dłużej niż do dnia 20 grudnia 2026 r. 7. Termin związania ofertą --02.12.2026 r.
