The contracting authority is procuring successive deliveries of medicinal products. The supply contract is divided into 70 parts. A detailed description of the items being procured is provided in the assortment and price form, which is an attachment to the terms of reference. All offered medicinal products must be authorized for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland. This requirement is in accordance with the Polish Pharmaceutical Law Act. Eligible bidders must comply with the legal requirements for placing pharmaceutical products on the Polish market.
