Dalszy i dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia (wielkość, zakres, rodzaj i ilość dostaw) wraz z formularzem asortymentowo - cenowym znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
