1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa produktów leczniczych na potrzeby Zespołu Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej im. Jerzego Pióro w Dobrym Mieście. Siedziba Zamawiającego obejmuje dwie lokalizacje: w Dobrym Mieście przy ul. Grunwaldzkiej 10b oraz w Barczewie przy ul. Niepodległości 9. Wykonawca winien dostarczać zamówione produkty lecznicze zgodnie ze złożonym zamówieniem, do lokalizacji wskazanej podczas składania zamówienia. Zamówienia produktów leczniczych odbywać się będą oddzielnie dla każdej z lokalizacji.
