Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zawarcie umowy ramowej na dostawę produktów leczniczych, leków do obsługi programów lekowych w pakietach od nr 1 do nr 33 dla SPSZOZ „Zdroje” oraz zawarcie umowy ramowej na dostawę leków i opatrunków w pakiecie nr 34. Przedmiot zamówienia jest podzielony na 34 części zwanych pakietami. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Oferta powinna obejmować całość przedmiotu zamówienia w danym pakiecie. Zamawiający przewiduje - w danym Pakiecie (zadaniu) - zawarcie umowy ramowej: 1) zawarcie umowy ramowej ze względu na specyfikę przedmiotu zamówienia z jednym wykonawcą 2) udzielenie zamówienia - zgodnie z art. 313 ust 1 ustawy Pzp - na warunkach zamówienia określonych w umowie ramowej, bez przeprowadzania postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia.
