Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określają dodatkowo Warunki Umowne będące załącznikiem nr 5 do SWZ „Warunki umowne”. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa leków antyretrowirusowych po ekspozycji zawodowej. 2.
