Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa leków (produkt leczniczy) do Apteki Szpitalnej zgodnie z Formularzem cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz z wymaganiami podanymi w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
