1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy implantów ortopedycznych i materiałów zużywalnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z wymaganymi parametrami, jak również zapotrzebowaniem ilościowym precyzuje załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Formularz cenowy. 3. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być zgodny z wymaganiami Zamawiającego opisanymi w SWZ oraz z obowiązującymi w Polsce przepisami prawa. Ponadto przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać oznaczenie CE, deklaracje zgodności, atesty, certyfikaty oraz świadectwa rejestracji jeśli są wymagane przepisami prawa. Wyroby medyczne dodatkowo muszą posiadać świadectwa dopuszczenia do obrotu i użytku w polskich placówkach opieki zdrowotnej. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się dostarczyć powyższe dokumenty na każde wezwanie Zamawiającego. 4. Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi posiadać właściwe pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu i używania zgodnie z ustawą o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. oraz z ustawą o Urzędzie Rejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Produktów Biobójczych z dnia 18 marca 2011 r.
