Przedmiotem zamówienia niniejszego postępowania przetargowego są dostawy produktów leczniczych w ramach programów lekowych zwanych dalej „towarem” zgodnie z rodzajem asortymentu i ilościami określonymi w „Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i zgodnie z „Formularzem Oferty”, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamówienie jest podzielone na 3 części (pakietów). Przedmiotem zamówienia niniejszego postępowania przetargowego są dostawy produktów leczniczych w ramach programów lekowych zwanych dalej „towarem” zgodnie z rodzajem asortymentu i ilościami określonymi w „Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i zgodnie z „Formularzem Oferty”, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamówienie jest podzielone na 3 części (pakiety)
