1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczanie do Szpitala Wojewódzkiego w Bielsku-Białej przy Al. Armii Krajowej 101, produktów leczniczych, wg zestawienia ilościowego i rodzajowego określonego w Załączniku Nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej „swz”, na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 5 do swz. 2. Oferowany towar musi być nowy i nieużywany. 3. Dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z transportem i rozładunkiem będzie się odbywać na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy.; 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczanie do Szpitala Wojewódzkiego w Bielsku-Białej przy Al. Armii Krajowej 101, produktów leczniczych, wg zestawienia ilościowego i rodzajowego określonego w Załączniku Nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej „swz”, na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 5 do swz. 2. Dotyczy Części 69 - Wykonawca jest zobowiązany do nieodpłatnego dostarczenia dla każdego pacjenta zakwalifikowanego do leczenia we wtórnych niedoborach odporności, pompy do podawania oferowanej immunoglobuliny ludzkiej oraz do nieodpłatnego dostarczenia 250 sztuk zestawów do podaży dostarczonej immunoglobuliny ludzkiej, kompatybilnych z oferowaną pompą na warunkach określonych w Załączniku Nr 2 do swz - Wymagania graniczne Część 69.
