1.Przedmiotem umowy jest wykonanie przez Wykonawcę dostawy i montażu fabrycznie nowej prasy do belowania odpadów wraz z dostawą i montażem zespołu przenośników w ramach linii do mechanicznego przetwarzania i sortowania odpadów w hali sortowni w Zakładzie/Instalacji ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. w Dylowie A, gm. Pajęczno. 2.Przedmiot umowy musi zostać wykonany w oparciu o umowę oraz jej załączniki, tj.: 1)Formularz ofertowy Wykonawcy - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ i umowy; 2)Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i umowy; 3)Zestawienie parametrów technicznych fabrycznie nowej prasy do belowania odpadów - załącznik nr 3 do SWZ i umowy; 4)Rysunki - załącznik nr 4 do SWZ i umowy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu znajduje się w dokumentach zamówienia, tj. w SWZ oraz załącznikach. 1.
