Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa sprzętu jednorazowego do krążenia pozaustrojowego dla potrzeb Bloku Operacyjnego Kardiochirurgii Wielospecjalistycznego Szpitala Miejskiego im. J. Strusia w Poznaniu. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w formularzu cenowym- ofertowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ i jej integralną część. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na 8 pakietów (części).
