Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania pn.: „Odnawialne źródła energii na terenie Gminy Aleksandrów”. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej i prac mających na celu realizację inwestycji polegającej na dostawie, montażu i uruchomieniu instalacji w budynkach prywatnych i budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj” i szczegółowo zostało opisane w Programie Funkcjonalno- Użytkowym (dalej zwanym PFU), który stanowi załącznik nr 6a, 6b do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia realizowany jest w ramach: Projekt FELD.02.05-IZ.00-0094/23 realizowany w ramach FELD.02.05 Działanie: Odnawialne źródła energii w ramach Priorytetu: Fundusze europejskie dla zielonego łódzkiego, Program: Fundusze Europejskie dla Łódzkiego 2021-2027. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na dwie poniższe części: Część nr 1: Odnawialne źródła energii na budynkach prywatnych • instalacji pomp ciepła na potrzeby c.o. i c.w.u. - 68 szt. pomp w 68 lokalizacjach Zamawiający informuje, iż wymaga aby pompy ciepła, które będą zainstalowane były tego samego producenta. Część nr 2: Odnawialne źródła energii na budynkach użyteczności publicznej • instalacji kolektorów słonecznych - 30 szt. kolektorów w 5 lokalizacjach • Instalacji kotłowni pelletowej - 1 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w programie funkcjonalno- użytkowym, który stanowi załącznik nr 6a do SWZ dla Części nr 1 oraz załącznik nr 6b dla Części nr 2 do SWZ.
