Przedmiotem zamówienia jest INDYWIDUALNE RACJE ŻYWNOŚCIOWE ”S-R” W LATACH 2026-2028 zestawienia asortymentowo-ilościowego zawartego w formularzu ofertowym zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ.
