Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa pojazdu specjalistycznego typu WUKO przeznaczonego do czyszczenia sieci kanalizacyjnej. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załącznikach do SWZ, tj. - Załącznik nr 1 - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), - Załącznik nr 8 - Wzór umowy. 2. Termin realizacji zamówienia: do 6 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy. 3. Zgodnie z art. 257 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający zastrzega, że może unieważnić postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane.
