Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa płynów infuzyjnych dla potrzeb Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego im. dr. Romana Ostrzyckiego w Koninie. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ (Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy), w którym podano ilość przedmiotu zamówienia oraz opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 28 części (pakietów). Zamawiający dopuszcza złożenie oferty na jedną, kilka lub wszystkie części. Przedmiot zamówienia dostarczony będzie na koszt, ryzyko i transportem Wykonawcy. Warunki realizacji Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarte zostały również w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, stanowiących Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Minimalny gwarantowany poziom wartości zamówień, do złożenia których zobowiąże się Zamawiający (minimalny gwarantowany poziom wykorzystania wartości umowy), został określony w Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
