Karola Jonschera w Łodzi (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź) realizowane będzie na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy. Materiały kompatybilne z aparatem MULTIFILTRATE PRO M205001 firmy Fresenius Medical Care, będącym na wyposażeniu Zamawiającego
