Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa pn.: „Projekt planu ochrony dla rezerwatu przyrody„ Kąty Rybackie”.Celem ochrony rezerwatu jest ochrona miejsc lęgowych kormorana i czapli siwej (wg zarządzenia Ministra Leśnictwa i przemysłu Drzewnego z dnia 28 września 1957 r.w sprawie uznania za rezerwat przyrody, tj. M.P. Nr 85,poz.512).Powierzchnia rezerwatu wynosi 102,54 ha (zarządzenie Nr 109/2000 Wojewody Pomorskiego z dnia 13 czerwca 2000 r. zmieniające zarządzenie w sprawie uznania za rezerwat przyrody, tj. Pomor. z 2000 r. Nr 59, poz. 366). Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa polskiego i UE, w szczególności z ustawą z dnia 16 kwietnia 2004 r. o ochronie przyrody (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1478 z późn. zm.).
