Wymagane parametry premiksu: - pH: maks. 7,0, - wilgotność maksymalna: 7,0 %. - zawartość składników w 1 kg produktu: Błonnik 3,0 g Wartość energetyczna 8800 kJ Fosfor 0,4 g Wapń 131,2 g Sód 0,9 g Metionina <0,0005 % Lizyna <0,0005 % Białko surowe 316 g Włókno surowe 2,88 g Popiół surowy 290 g Tłuszcz surowy 22,7 g Kompozycja mikrokapsułkowanych bakterii kwasu mlekowego oraz żywych kultur drożdży: a. bakterie kwasu mlekowego (nie mniej niż 10^9 jtk/g): - Lacticaseibacillus paracasei, - Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, - Pediococcus pentosaceus, - Leuconostoc mesenteroides. b. żywe kultury drożdży (nie mniej niż 10^7 jtk/g): - Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
