1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczanie do Szpitala Wojewódzkiego w Bielsku-Białej przy Al. Armii Krajowej 101 środków czystości i artykułów przemysłowych, wg zestawienia ilościowego i rodzajowego określonego w Załączniku Nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia, zwaną dalej „swz”, na warunkach określonych w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 4 do swz. 2. Oferowany towar musi być nowy i nieużywany. 3. Dostawa przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z transportem i rozładunkiem będzie się odbywać na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy.
